How to Get Help
You have multiple options for software support.
- Use help tutorials. Guided tours are embedded throughout Vera Suite. Select the pop-up prompts or tour buttons to get step-by-step guidance on how to complete specific tasks.
- Contact KPA. In the upper right corner, select the question icon , then select one of the following options from the drop-down.
- Support. KPA’s Client Success Center can answer your questions and assist you with Vera Suite. You can open a support ticket on this page, call 800.486.0400, or email support@kpa.io.
- Ask the HR Expert. If you subscribe to Vera HR, you can submit a question about federal or state employment laws or best practices to a certified HR professional who will research them and provide an answer.
- Your Consultants. If you subscribe to Vera EHS or F&I onsite consulting services, select this option to view your consultant’s contact information.
