After sign in, most client users can change their Username and Password. However, if your organization has single sign in integration with KPA in which you can use the same password across your organization’s systems and in Vera Suite, you will need to update those details with your own IT department.
Who can do this?
- Most Vera Suite Users
- Log into Vera Suite.
- In the upper right corner, select the person icon and then click on Profile Settings.
- Update your settings as desired. You can change your username and password here.
