If you forgot your password and your organization doesn’t have single sign on with KPA, you’ll be able to reset it yourself following Vera Suite prompts. Organizations with single sign on need to contact their organization’s IT in order change their password.
- Go to VeraSuite.com.
- Enter your Username.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your Username, Email, or Cell. What you enter needs to match in the username, work email, personal email, or cell phone number on file for your Vera Suite account.
- Check the box to let us know that you’re not a robot.
- Check your email or phone for a password reset code from KPA. Within the next 10 minutes, enter the Code where prompted. If your code expired, simply select Get a New Code to request a new one
- Enter the code and create your new password. Select Sign In and enter your new password.
