For compliance tracking purposes, employers need to know which employees completed required online training courses.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Administrators
- Click on the down arrow next to Reports.
- Select HR Reports.
- Under Report Type, select the Compliance Report. This will show at-a-glance employee actions related to training as well as policies and documents.
- To the left of the employee’s Full Name, under Signed/Completed or Unsigned/Not Completed, select the number to see what specific training courses employees did or did not take.
