Once employees finish a KPA course, a training certificate is emailed to them. They can also view their certificates in Vera Suite. Administrators can view employees’ training certificates too.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Administrators
- Click on the down arrow next to Employee Management.
- Search for an employee’s name, then use the drop down next to Action on the far-right side. Select Manage Employee.
- Select Training.
- Under Completed/Certificate, select the date. The employee’s training certificate will appear.
- Select to download the PDF.
Additional Report Option:
The Compliance Detail Report shows all employees and all HR compliance activities. It will cover detailed employee actions associated with training, policies, and documents.
