Some documents, such as forms and policies must be signed by employees. Vera Suite allows documents to be electronically signed and tracks when employees signed them.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR users
- From your Vera Suite Dashboard, under My Tasks, select Policies/Documents. Or, click on the down arrow next to Policies & Documents. Select HR Documents.
- Documents that need you to sign them will appear in red.
- Select the document title, download the file, and review it.
- Back in Vera Suite, select Sign.
