Manage Employee Licenses & Certificates
Vera HR helps you keep track of certifications and licenses that your business needs and allows you to track which employees have these credentials.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Administrators
Instructions
- Click on HR Tools.
- Under License & Certification Tracker, select Manage.
- Add License or Certification if your organization needs employees to earn a new credential. Fill out details. Save.
- To manage existing licenses/certifications, select the Title. Edit details. Save.
- To delete an existing license/certification, select the X button. Acknowledge confirmation message. OK.
- Now associate employees with the proper licenses/certifications. From the HR Tools page, select Employee Association.
- Add Employee Association. Select Employee, choose License/Cert Title. If known, add Issue Date, Expiration Date, License/Cert Number, etc.
- Save.
