Vera HR’s pay plan templates account for the right compensation and are useful for commissioned positions.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Administrators
- Click on Hiring Tools.
- Under Pay Plans, select Add/Edit/Archive. Select on existing Pay Plan to update it. Make edits. Save.
- Or, Create a New Pay Plan to upload a new one. Acknowledge disclaimer. Accept. Enter Pay Plan Title. If desired, Copy Pay Plan From Template and choose an existing pay plan to base the new one off of. Enter pay plan text. Save.
- Back on the Hiring Tools page, under Pay Plans, select Assignments. This is where you’ll associate employees with a pay plan.
- Make a universal pay plan assignment by Department or Position. Choose the desired Pay Plan from the dropdown list. Update Assignments.
- Or, find an employee in the list. Check the box next to their left of their name. Update Assignments. Choose the desired Pay Plan from the dropdown list. Assign.
