Some documents, such as written programs and policies must be signed by employees. Vera Suite allows documents to be electronically signed and tracks when employees signed them.
Who can do this?
- Vera EHS/F&I Users
- Click on the down arrow next to Policies & Documents. Select Compliance Documents.
- Documents that need you to sign them will appear in the list of documents.
- Select the document title, download the file, and review it.
- Back in Vera Suite, select Sign. Enter your Vera Suite password to electronically sign the document.
