Some documents, such as written programs and policies must be signed by employees. Vera Suite allows documents to be electronically signed and tracks when employees signed them.
Who can do this?
- Vera EHS/F&I Users
Instructions
- Click on the down arrow next to Policies & Documents. Select Compliance Documents.
- Documents that need you to sign will appear in the list.
- Select the document title, download the file, and read it.
- Back in Vera Suite, select Sign.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and the Date. Or, select Upload a Signature Form to download, sign, scan, and upload the Printable Electronic Signature Form with your signature.
