RESOLVE/CLOSE ISSUES
Who can do this?
- Vera Suite Administrators
Instructions
- Click on the down arrow next to Issues. Select Issues List.
- Find desired issue.
- If you have resolved an issue, select Close/Edit Issue. If you need to add Additional Details, keep the status set to Open for now. Add your note.
- Update the Status to Pending or Closed.
- Provide Additional Details about how the issue was resolved.
- Save.
- Your KPA consultant or your organization’s safety representative will verify that the issue was resolved.
