Run OSHA 300 Log
The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires that some employers publicly post the OSHA Form 300A. Each year, this form must be posted in a conspicuous location between February 1 and April 30. Provided that you recorded all workplace accidents in Vera Suite, you can easily pull a pre-filled OSHA Form 300A from the software.
Who can do this?
- Vera EHS Administrators
Instructions
- Click on Accidents.
- Choose Report Options.
- Under Report Type, select OSHA 300 Logs.
- Enter the past year.
- Enter your NAICS Code, Number of Employees for that year, and Total Number of Hours Worked. View Report.
- A PDF of your filled-out OSHA 300A will download to your computer. Look it over for accuracy. Then, have a Company Executive sign and date it. Post it in a visible location for the required amount of time.
