When you have positions to fill, managers will want to see who has applied and what their credentials are.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Administrators
- Click on the down arrow next to Hiring. Select Activity Feed. This will show who has applied for what positions. You can filter based on applicant status too. Clicking on an applicant shows more details about them, including their Cover Letter, Resume, LinkedIn profile link, Files, etc.
- Another option is to select the down arrow next to Hiring. Select Applicant Analytics. Here, you gain statistical information about the number of applicants applying for positions.
