Accessing Top 25 Issues

Access Top 25 Issues

Get a read out on the most frequently identified items for a location.

 

Who can do this?

  • Vera EHS/F&I Administrators

 

Instructions

  1. Click on the down arrow next to Reports. Select EHS Reports or F&I Reports.
  2. Click View Top Issues for the reported titled Top 25 Occurring EHS/F&I Issues.
  3. If desired, filter on Group, Facility, or Product Line (Environmental Health and Safety, Sales and Finance, or Service Department Compliance).
  4. Click on the number in the Open or Closed issues columns to get more information on these issues.
  5. In the Regulation column, select View to see more details on the regulation associated with one of your top 25 issues.
