If you want Vera HR users to view your entire company’s time off or leave requests, enable the View Company Leave Calendar permission. If you prefer your user to only see their own leave requests and their direct reports’ time off, then turn this permission off.
Who can do this?
- Vera HR Admins
- Click on the down arrow next to Employee Management. Select Manage Employees.
- Search for or scroll to find the desired employee. Under the Action button, select Manage Employee.
- Select the Permissions tab. In the Manager column, check View Company Leave Calendar. This allows the person to see the Company and Department dropdowns on the Leave Calendar page.
NOTE: In Vera HR, Manager permissions can be applied to other positions.
