Summary and Severity Report
The Issues Summary and Severity Report is designed to give you clear, actionable insight into all issues raised at a location within a defined time frame.
This report helps you:
- Filter issues by severity, allowing you to prioritize what matters most
- Identify the most raised issues across your organization
- Focus on high-priority risks to drive faster resolution
- Data-driven decisions spot trends, uncover root causes, and proactively address recurring issues.
Who has access? Available to Client Admins and Client Power Users
What product lines are included? Environmental, Health & Safety, Privacy & Safeguards and Advertising, Sales and Finance/F&I
Where do I find Reports?
Navigate to Reports from the left-hand navigation menu and locate the report from the list
Click Open to be redirected to the Report.
Once the Report is opened the following filter options are available
- Product Line: Select one or all products
- Locations: Select locations to appear on the report
Click the “X” icon next to the selected locations to clear all current selections
- Date Range: Select 3, 6 or 9 months or enter a date range
Downloading the Export to Excel will export the grid, honoring any filtering.
Downloaded the Issue Report will include all products and all locations within the date range.
