This report provides visibility into operational issues identified across various locations. It highlights latency by tracking how long issues remain open and displays the number of issues raised during site visits over the last 8 quarters.
The goal is to support timely resolution, identify systemic concerns, and improve overall site performance.
This report helps you:
- Improved Issue Visibility by identifying which issues are open and for how long, helping teams stay aware of unresolved problems across locations.
- Prioritization of Aged Issues, highlights issues open for more than 30, 60, and 90+ days across location.
- Accountability & Ownership, encourages accountability for locations who are not closing out issues or
- Proactive Risk Management helps detect sites with recurring or long-standing issues that could lead to safety or compliance violations
- Enhanced Site Visit Planning allows teams to better plan site visits or audits based on historical issue frequency
- Facilitate benchmarking across different sites to identify best practices or underperforming locations.

What product lines are included? Advertising, Sales and Finance/F&I
Where do I find the Report? Navigate to Reports from the left-hand navigation menu and locate the report in the list.
How do I generate the report?
Select the locations to appear on the report, you can select all to quickly add all locations.
Once locations have been selected press the Preview to generate the report.
