In Vera Suite, administrators can send password resets to their employees through the Employee Management section.
1. Click Employee Management
2. Then click Manage Employees
On the list of employees you will then choose the Action button. Please note - unregistered employees cannot receive password resets because they are not registered or active in the system. They must complete that process.
After clicking on the drop down button next to Action on the employee you wish to send the password reset to - click the Send Password Reset option
After completing this, the employee will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset their password.
