What's Happening
Effective January 1, 2026, KPA completed a strategic separation. We previously served both automotive dealerships and non-automotive industries (manufacturing, construction, and other high-risk sectors) under one roof. We've now separated into two independent companies: KPA, which remains exclusively focused on serving automotive dealerships and auto-adjacent businesses with Vera Suite, ABLE, Compli and field consulting, and Novara, which serves those non-automotive, high-risk industries.
This structure enables us to invest 100% of our resources into innovation and services designed specifically for dealerships.
Wayne Curtis, who has been with KPA for over 22 years and brings 25 years of experience in providing EHS and compliance services specifically to automotive dealers, has been appointed as KPA's CEO. Wayne's leadership ensures KPA remains focused on deepening our expertise and innovation in serving dealerships like yours.
What This Means for You
Absolutely nothing changes in your partnership with KPA. Your Vera Suite platform, account team, field consultant(s), support, pricing, and contract terms all remain unchanged. KPA's name, brand, and 40-year legacy in automotive dealership compliance continues unchanged.
